Last night I ordered 6 dinners for pick-up. Overall, a good experience. "Andrew" took my order & was very thorough, polite, & cheerful.

We had 4 steaks medium - 3 were perfect. The other one was "almost raw". The chicken was ok. We were missing one salad, & one baked potato. The blooming onion was totally overcooked & dry. We recd one loaf of a dark bread! We were missing salad dressing for one of the Caesar's salad.

I know if we were eating at Outback, these would be easy "fixes". Would like to suggest during this Covid Crisis perhaps a check could be made to ensure things are better organized.
