Where do I start. Left the clinic next door, took my coupon for $1 hamburger special, and waited until the woman at the desk FELT like waiting on me. The minutes passed. Then when I showed her the coupon she put it in as well as the small ice cream I ordered, then promptly wrote off the ice cream, which was odd. Until I realized this disqualified the coupon. Of course, it scanned, no go. Then one of her friends rushed up and began berating me. She called the manager over to prove it could not scan, and they could "do nothing about it." I am white elderly, they are not. I decided I was being set up for a conflict and simply said, well, I will contact corporate about it. And I have. Definitely a click run store. Good luck on service there.

Worst of any fast food restaurant, the Wendy's on forest hill and jog road store number 2586 . If you want fast service it's always empty for breakfast because the staff is so rude. The coffee is warm not hot and when you politely ask for a newly brewed cup they ignore you.
