If you're a beef lover, you'll want to check this out. The food and service are fantastic, and the 21-day aged beef is cooked just how you like it, making it perfect for a meal with friends or family; just be ready for a bit of a splurge, especially if you can snag a spot on the patio.

Surely missing this restaurant!
Zak's changed the understanding of upscale in this small, but promising town. They left a mark of excellence which is hard to deny or erase. There are lot of nice restaurants in Sarasota, but none as memorable! Very much missed!
