I absolutely adore Roberto's Salsa & Sauces. It was disappointing when I couldn't find it at my usual store in Longmont. The flavors are simply unmatched, and I've been a fan since the late '80s or early '90s when I first tried it at their Fort Collins restaurant. Their Green Chile and Salsa Verde are must-haves in my pantry, with their rich and complex flavors standing out.
