The service and food exceeded my expectations for a hotel pool, with friendly staff like Emy and Amanda who made the experience even better through their kindness and excellent customer care. While some dishes like the swordfish dip and fries fell short, the flavorful burgers, fresh grouper tacos, strong drinks, and fun atmosphere with lively music and unique features like the margarita bike made for an enjoyable and memorable visit.

The hotel poolside bar exceeded my expectations with its impressive service and delicious drinks. Emy's warm demeanor and skillful customer service truly made the experience enjoyable.
