I came from Miami to try this shop sweets and honestly I'm VERY disappointed. The customer service is horrible. When I came in I did not get greeted and when she handed me my cookies and cream ice cream, I said "Thank you" just for her to say "mmh hmm". No you're welcome or my pleasure or anything! Great customer service is what keep customers coming back and I will not come back without management correcting the face of the company.

To some I may only be one customer but I am a customer who knows many people.
Please fix your customer service.
