I had a recent experience where the rewards system had a glitch when I tried to use my code. Despite the hiccup, I was pleased to receive complimentary guacamole. However, I was taken aback when the staff openly discussed my situation without acknowledging my presence, which felt disrespectful. Despite this, the food quality has improved, and the carne asada is a new favorite of mine.
