Ramada's customer service was amazing! The front desk staff really went above and beyond to make sure our stay in Florida was enjoyable. Special shoutout to Jonathan, the friendly front desk guy who made sure our room was perfect before we settled in. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, and Christine, the front office manager, made us feel right at home. I definitely recommend this hotel for a great experience.
