Great food...

Oh my, not only were these tacos delicious but they were so pretty. I love how colorful they looked with the shredded carrot on top. These tacos are big and tasty. Normally I do not find tilapia very flavorful but the batter used definitely enhanced the subtleness of the fish. Will be on the lookout for this taco truck next time I'm out and about.
