I discovered the best bolio I've ever had over 3 years ago through my boyfriend, and I've been coming back for their bread ever since. Bolio from anywhere else just doesn't compare to the taste here. Despite a 30-minute drive from LA to Fresno, the delicious queso and jalapeño bolios at Carmelita's Bakery are absolutely worth it - and at a very good price too!
