good food and service

After we were seated, no acknowledgement from the staff for approx. 5 minutes. Menu was basically the same as the old Cosmo's. I ordered a burger, $11.50, They didn't ask how I wanted it cooked, came well done, looked like it was just out of the microwave. Fries were soggy. There were fly's in excess that I had to cover my food to keep them off. I was very disappointed, I will not got back
