wonderful food and service

The cocktail was good and the staff friendly. The food was average at best. Based on their menu we were really looking forward to trying Sammy's.l, but was not impressed. The jalapeno poppers were ok, but obvioysly comnercially bought and not anything I'd recomnend trying. Their burger was good enough, but the fries were pale and unseasoned. The french dip sandwich used jarred or canned mushrooms and the meat was flavorless. The au jus was incredibly salty. The side mac and cheese was not to my liking at all. It had a smokey essence I was not expecting and hsd no seasoning.
