03/31/2013 - Jonathan A
It's very sad to go into an establishment that has had such a large turnover in the last 6 weeks. Every time you go in, there's a new manager, a new bartender, new server. Why hasn't there been any consistency? Nick's has let go or lost 14 employees ranging from back of house staff, to front of house staff to management including Mr. John Huxley who did an immense job in bringing back regulars who were not coming back due to poor service, poor quality food and lack of customer service. They have recently let go of a highly experienced bar manager, Krystie who was bringing up bar sales and had instantly become a favorite among the regulars. Two awesome bartenders, Emily and Andy are no longer there as well. Instead, they now have Regina LaVecchia, the owner's wife (who btw was arrested in the incident at JAX in Belmont that caused the death of a man) as their new manager. Poor judgement I will say, poor decision making. Many will agree.
