Nestled in our beautiful town of Cartersville, GA, a must destination for a Appalachian dinning experience. Salads are to die for, comes with a mini cornbread stick and the gourgonzola dressing is like none other. Drinks are well blended. Clean, well decorated with a mountain theme in a rustic, quant, relaxing environment.
Add a little Appalachian music in the background and you will thank me for the heads-up

Outright hateful towards anyone who does not share their political belief system. Complains about the cost of goods and lack of workers, but received $495,908 in PPP loans (https://www.federalpay.org/paycheck-protection-program/rocky-top-ventures-inc-cartersville-ga) . I'm sure that if the money received from the loans went to actually pay the workers, then they would have no issues staffing their establishment.

Excellent food and service. A special treat to go there. When I leave, we really feel like we have dined out.❤️😊

My husband and I recently moved to Cartersville from out of state. This was our first time eating at Appalachian Grill. It was fabulous! The atmosphere was quaint, our server top-notch and the food delicious! Dinner menu is a little pricey but well worth it. My husband had the Appalachian Grill plate and I had the Margarita Salmon and Shrimp (I forgot it's exact name) but it was delicious!! We will be eating here again soon!!

After an hour wait for a table, the shrimp was greasy, steak fries were cold, and the waitress didn't listen to responses, although she appeared attentive. The group beside us was very loud and pretending to be auctioneers. Overall, it wasn't a very enjoyable dining experience and not worth the wait or the money.

My wife and I met at the restaurant. I hurried in so we could be seated quickly, my wife is recovering from hip replacement surgery. I was first in line, but soon after, several others walked in and the line was almost out the door. When one hostess began to seat me another stopped her and said I couldn't be seated because my wife wasn't there yet. I told her that my wife was 50 feet away and that she was walking slowly because of pain from the hip replacement. The hostess insisted that I couldn't be seated, and that the line of people behind me were now in front of me. I didn't react positively, and I WILL NEVER GO TO THAT RESTAURANT AGAIN. It upset my wife and ruined our evening. Thanks alot you insensitive, incompetent boobs.
