The food here is delicious, especially the homemade biscuits, which are the best I've ever had. Although it's a small spot with limited hours and a simple menu, the friendly staff and great prices make it worth the visit for a satisfying breakfast.

Ordered a steak and biscuit from the Gravy Boat on 1413 Dean Ave, Rome Ga.
The steak was so burned it masked the biscuit and gravy. Everything had a burnet taste. Uneditable. I call the restaurant and the manager was rude and unapologetic.
Never again will I go there

Bad customer service from guy at register. I had to blow my horn to get my order taken in drive thru because I sat for a long time. When I got to the window to pay for my order, he was in a deep conversation with a coworker. When he finally acknowledged my presence, he just said the total and took my money and gave me the order. I tried to call the manager, but the recorded phone number wasn't correct. Never went back.

Love their biscuits. You do need to post the calories though.
