I worked at Armstrongs bbq for six years. Its the best place to eat at in the state of ga. I do miss working there. love you guys.

This is without a doubt the best BBQ in the world. I've tried many other BBQ places since leaving Summerville and nothing comes close. I try to get back every chance I can because the only thing that comes close to the BBQ at Armstrong's are their cheeseburgers. They are also the best I've ever had and I've tried many in my lifetime.

Have been eating armstrong's b b q since it has been operation,far as i'm concerned its the best in the south the sauce can't be beat

ARMSTRONGS? yes that place has history and great food behind it. If you was to ask me the last place i took my family out to eat at i would tell you THE GREATEST BBQ REASTRAUNT IN THE SOUTH! As many might have had issues before the place was taken over bye the 2 best men i have ever know then i could understand complaints. BUT JAMIE ANS WES Armstrong will give you your little moneys worth......................

Best cheeseburgers in the world...seriously and the bbq sauce is great. Not a sweet sauce more of a reg/mustard style sauce with I prefer.

I agree with the last person - Armstrong's has great barbecue sauce!! I have relatives who visit from far away and they try to get here early enough to make it at least for dinner at Armstrong's and they ALWAYS take back a bottle or two. It's much more than store bought sauce with pepper. Sometimes the fries sit a little too long, but our visits are always yummy! Great family run restaurant with a great family atmosphere. The servers are some of the best!

i don't know what that person is talking about! i live in summerville and armstrongs is one of the best food establishments in this county. Their fries are great, the service is friendly and i love the bbq sauce. I would recommed going to armstrongs for great southern food and atmosphere! so that other person can BITE ME!

Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. My husband and I should have known better than to eat here again but was in the area and tried it for a second time. Very disappointed-the fries were cold, the stew was not edible and the barbecue tastleless. The barbecue sauce was nothing special either. A little like hunts with black pepper. Don't waste your time or money on this place.
