I love Popeyes chicken. However, I may have to give it up because of the lack of management's ability to get orders right.

I started logging down whether they got the order right or not eleven trips ago. Three out of eleven were right. THREE! These aren't complicated orders. Just combos for 2 people. Wrong side, spicy when I ordered mild, cherry pie rather than apple pie, missing a combo, etc. They might should ask themselves where did all the customers go. And why.

I write very few reviews and even fewer low rating reviews. I'm just tired of not getting what I ordered. How hard can it be to stick chicken in a box?

The person that took my order in drive thru was rude. Very disappointed with service.
