Prime rib was burned to a crisp. Salad was more a thousand island soup than a salad So dissapointef

I usually like Longhorn, but this one in Albany GA is the worst. I don’t think the bartender and the cook know anything about food or drink. I had the salmon which was ok, mashed potatoes were drowning in butter, the asparagus was very over cooked (soggy) and the margaritas (sugarritas), with no hint of alcohol, just sweet
