Fish was fried way way to long. Cole slaw tasted sweet and was drenched with watery dressing. Sweet potato fries were fried to long too
We paid $60.00 plus tip for a meal. NEVER again. This was 3rd try.

Never expected this little country seafood restaurant could absolutely blow away the large seafood chains! I don't even LIKE catfish ... or so I thought, lol. Friend talked me into "trying" it ... OMG it was awesome! The plate of catfish and shrimp was totally the BEST fried NOT GREASY AT ALL fish and shrimp we've EVER eaten! Huge beautiful delicious shrimp and best freshwater fish (still can't believe it was catfish lol) I've ever eaten. Actually the only place I've ever eaten ANY fried food that was light and perfectly fried with NO grease taste!!!

The seafood is delicious but I didn't care for the sides so I love meat so it was ok with me. My family loved it all. Purchase a kid platter unless you eat a really lot.

Menupix rating system is completely bogus. We have combined five ratings with an average of 2.5 stars and came up with a 3 star rating. Bull. Rockbottom has good food. No big, elaborate menu, but huge portions of simply and properly prepared seafood in a non pretentious environment. Order your favorite, loosen your belt, and leave stuffed.
