Our neighborhood group ordered 4 pizzas for pick up at 5:00pm. When 2 men from our group went to pick them up, they did not have the order, even though it was prepaid. An hour later, we got 4 cold pizzas. There was no manager at the restaurant. Two new employees were the only ones there. This is the second time we have ordered carry out in the past month. Both times were very disappointing. Will not give them another chance! So disappointing, because it used to be a consistent neighborhood Italian restaurant.

Friday night 7pm. All the booths filled but two: one had no light by the restroom, the other had the waitresses laptop, cellphones and beverages sitting in it. The bar chairs were empty however my husband has a bad back and high chairs are uncomfortable for him. We asked if they could seat us in the booths open. The waitress we usually see asked the young waitress to clear her items. Needless to say her outrage was palatable which we couldn't grasp after waiting 5 minutes for her to do so. We were appreciative of being seated; the two young wait staff neglected us forcing the full time waitress to service our table....15 minutes later the outraged waitress was behind the bar and ordered two women entering to sit here! During this time we noticed this young woman giving displeasured looks at us while talking with the two older women. Then I overheard the woman state: this us my daughter to another client entering. Well then we understood the waitress was holding the table for her mother and company and why she was outraged.we spent the rest of our time catching looks from her mother and upon leaving a stare down. We just moved to this area as full time residents and will not return here. The entitlement of these people and lack of service not worthy of our patronage.

Food is decent but service is awful. It's like having customers is a burden and they have to work. I seen 3 different families sit at a table and each time they waited 20 min and got tired of waiting and left. I had to get up and refill my own drinks. Very disorganized. Couple need training and others need fired.

What a disappointing dining experience. We got a pizza and 4 entree items to go ..
The cheese pizza for the children was ok ... I guess it's kinda hard to mess up pizza
Meal # 1 the Pesto Gnocchi, it was hard and doughy, a far cry from the soft pillowy gnocchi I've had at other places. And was thrown away.
Meal #2 the Lobster Ravioli was described as good by my son in law but you need to take into account that I've seen him eat day old pizza crusts out of the trash can...
Meal # 3 this was a beauty .. I wanted a vegetarian dish so I order this pasta and eggplant meal, I love Eggplant but this dish was inedible also, the pasta was mushy, the tomato sauce was watery and void of any depth of flavor. If I had to guess I'd say it was a canned sauce with a few bits of chopped up salad tomatoes added. I ate the eggplant out of this and tossed the rest into the garbage can.
Meal # 3 was simple enough ... A Calzone, ...pizza dough, sauce, some pepperoni and mozzarella cheese, you think you couldn't mess this up ... The person who at this threw up later that night ....

Why serve it if you know it's no good, why have it on your menue if you can't cook it?

Save yourself some heat ache and some heart burn and stay away from Forno's
