Since I moved to Athens from a ranch in Tx, n knowing good cuts of beef, I've been completely satisfied except for my last couple of visits !! Ribeye is my choice of steak but sadly my last couple of visits ordering the 8 oz ribeye, they had gone to a slim cut piece of meat !! This is what I'd expect from a place like the Texas Roadhouse !! U can not cook a slim cut steak to order, it's either done or we'll done (I prefer my steaks medium rare !! To me a good or great steakhouse to reach a smaller portion, uses a small, thick piece of meat !! I sure hope they get away from thin cut !!!
