The wait staff is personable and attentive, enhancing the dining experience with wonderful flavors in the food. I enjoyed a variety of dishes, including sushi and hibachi, all at reasonable prices, and the takeout presentation was impressive. Overall, this restaurant offers a pleasant atmosphere and a solid selection of menu items, making it a place I would visit again.

Our family of 5 visited Sakura grand forks a few nights ago and that will be our last visit. The drink I ordered was so strong the alcohol over powered the drink . I asked the waitress if I could have any drink inside she said yes but I would have to pay for both. I kept my drink but didn't drink it. The sushi we ordered was cold.. It's the same one we order everytime and it has always been warm. I asked her if that was the correct one she said yes and I tried explaining to her she said she would have to ask her manager what to do. She did and came back and said she would warm it up. She brought it back and no one ate it. At this time we were ready to leave, the kids were hurry after waiting 45 mins to eat. The the cook came to our table. Everyone received their food except for our 8 yr old who of course was the hungriest. I of course shared mine with him and asked the waitress if there was a mixed up in the orders. It took her a few mins to figure is out and bring out his chicken to cook . We finished our meal paid the bill (tip suggestion was ridiculous) and left. We were very dissatisfied with Sakura and will never return. This is truly an example of poor costumer service. I do not feel my requests was grand or going beyond expectation of any business.
