ordered subs. when I arrived to pick them up, was told it would be 3-4 minutes. turned out to be 25 min. Was finally asked what I was waiting for. Told them and guess what, they were ready. No apology or reason why I had to wait so long. Not good business practice to keep customers waiting. Food was good.
