I had such a blast checking out this food truck - the guys were super friendly and got my meal ready in no time. The pork shoulder noodles were my favorite, but the stir-fried rice noodles with Gochujang roasted pork shoulder were also out of this world! Everything was so well-seasoned and delicious that I'm definitely looking forward to my next food truck adventure.
