The happy hour here is exceptional, featuring a vast array of whiskey and wine that keeps me coming back for more. With a charming rooftop atmosphere and delicious pork belly tacos, it's an inviting spot for both casual hangouts and special gatherings, despite a few quirks in the layout and service.
