BEST Onion Rings on the East Side! Good burgers and dogs. Great chef salad and hamburger steak - ALSO have daily "meat and three" options!

We were there 2 weeks ago on Friday and the food and service was GREAT. We recommended the place and some of our friends went and had good service. We decided to make that our new restaurant. We decided to go there on Saturday the 19th instead of Culvers. The woman that took our order and took the money was really rude and acted like she did not want wait on us. The girl finally brought our food which was great. We had to ask for more tea because either she did not know what the heck she was doing or did not know what a waitress was supposed to do. She did go around and ask some of the others if they needed anything or if everything was alright. So I did not leave the so called waitress a tip, she should have give me one. I work at one of the leading hospitals and I will let everyone know how I and my party was treated. I am also going to put in a complaint with the BBB and other sites about this. Your people need to be trained better or be attentive. That will be the last time I will visit that place. Your service is lousy and your help is pathetic.
