If you want your food order to be lost and wait two hours fn the parking lot for on line ordering this is the place for you.
You are not able to speak with anyone. If they are out of a menu item they email you, not text, 30-45 minutes later they are out. Plus the long wait in the parking lot to tell you they did not have what you order. You have to wait another hour if you want something else. This is the last time I will ever order anything or dine with O'Charley's Rest.
