Growing up in SoCal, I've been on the hunt for authentic Mexican flavors, and Uncle Berto's in Roebuck really hits the mark with their pastor burrito and tamales that remind me of the border. For our 26th anniversary, we grabbed takeout from here and were impressed by the generous portions and delicious taste, especially the guacamole, though the beef taco was a bit salty. The friendly service and pet-friendly outdoor seating make it a welcoming spot, and my family loves the quesabirrias, burritos, and gorditas-everything feels homemade and genuine.
