Prime Rib night exceeded my expectations with attentive service from Sam, delicious drinks, perfectly cooked steaks-especially with bí©arnaise sauce-and an exceptional atmosphere that made my 30th birthday dinner one of the best meals of my life, complemented by outstanding appetizers, great sides, and a welcoming, elegant environment that keeps me coming back regularly.

I had an incredible dining experience at Carter Green for my 30th birthday. The steak with bí©arnaise sauce was absolutely amazing, and I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious drinks and attentive service from Sam. The atmosphere was perfect for a special occasion, and I can't wait to return for more memorable meals.

Have been going here for years, unfortunately the past three times we have dined there we were very disappointed. The service is nothing like it used to be. The filet was cooked nicely but had NO flavor. I'm happy to pay for great food but this was Texas Roadhouse service and quality

Great food and great service! My wife and I enjoyed excellent steaks and had a great server named Rick that made our dining experience second to none. I highly recommend this restaurant.
