The service was horrible. The waiter bought out the wrong food. He rush us on overdoing our food. When I questioned him about my order he bought out the menu to show me as though I was wrong. He took 20 minutes before taking my order. At the end when I asked for a to go box he bout a small box that my food would not fit in. I asked another waiter for a bag so my food would not be exposed. He said Ms I will bring u a big box and he really did apologize for the way the waiter acted. I was very displeased

I love love love the food here...we are from California where Taco Trucks are abundant. The closest thing to an authentic Mexican Taco Truck Burrito is located right here at El Sombrero..and they NEVER forget the chips and salsa...

Just took my girls there for a birthday dinner. Theirs seemed to be okay but I won't be back. The so-called Patrilla Mexicana (#55) with the sizzling strips of steak, chicken, shrimp, green peppers and onions was lacking to say the least. I should have sent back and let my family eat while I ate the chips and salsa. What I had looked as if the scrapings from the side of the grill. I also had to inquire as to where the shrimp were. This is in response to the Pearl, MS location. First time I had this a couple of years ago it was fine. This time why I left the place without pissing on the grill only goes to manners. Our waiter seemed occupied and wanting to be serving someone or somewhere else. I left a tip as usual but will greatly miss and hate that fact. The tortillas in the aluminum foil seem to have shrunk but maybe not but service certainly has. I regret going and I guess it just goes to show that I shouldn't have eaten at that fine restaurant in Jaurez years ago where food was outrageously good and service is still remembered as cordial and fun.
