Last night I enjoyed another amazingly prepared and decadent meal at my favorite authentic local Italian Restaurant. I had the Prosciutto wrapped Salmon served on a bed of portobello mushrooms, mashed potatoes and roasted green beans with a drizzle of balsamic sauce. All the different flavors were spot on.
