Nestled in a historic two-story home in East Hampton, Po's Rice and Spice offers an inviting atmosphere where the minimalist, clean interior pairs beautifully with warm, attentive service that makes dining alone feel comfortable and special. The vibrant flavors of their Chinese and Thai dishes, like the lemongrass chicken and Ma La shrimp, dance on the palate, complemented perfectly by thoughtful touches such as hot buttered popcorn and steaming tea upon arrival. What s great place. This is not a Thai or a Chinese restaurant. It is a great Asian talent with a twist here and there. The dishes addre Betty interesting and beautifully plated. If you want something specific, green or yellow or red curry or garlic sauce Judy ask. The ingredients are very fresh and the kitchen is very responsive just ask.
