HORRIBLE!!!!! It started with the bitter coffee, and ended with a roach in my omelet. And the service, by far the rudest crew I have ever dealt with. The waitress, instead of addressing the bug in my food, went to the back and began texting someone. When I tried to discuss it with the owner, all he did was yell and say it isn't a big deal, "I won't have to pay for it". I was amazed. Not even an apology. It just goes to show you how bad customer service can fail. I was going to contact the health department but decided an honest review might do more harm, and make them open their eyes to not only customer service but cleanliness, and the potential for serious health issues. Town Line Diner, Here I Come.
