When we arrived in Hana, we eagerly visited Joel's food truck for a meal and were impressed by the delicious Loco Moco we ordered. The dish consisted of perfectly cooked eggs, hamburger patties, onions, rice, and generous gravy, creating a satisfying lunch that we thoroughly enjoyed. The food truck is situated among other vendors in a bustling area with ample seating and nearby parking, making it a convenient and delicious stop for a satisfying meal while exploring the road to Hana.
