During a visit to Ala Moana Center, I discovered BRUG Bakery in a smaller food court area and was immediately drawn to their adorable bear-shaped buns, which were as delicious as they were cute. Over time, I've sampled almost all of their pastries, from sweet mochi donuts to savory rolls, appreciating the fresh, soft bread and the variety that changes seasonally. The self-service setup, friendly staff, and consistently tasty baked goods make it a convenient and enjoyable stop whenever I want a quick snack or treat.
