After booking well in advance for my trip from Tennessee to the Big Island, I enjoyed an exceptional dining experience in downtown Hilo with a small, intimate setting, where the attentive and friendly staff-especially the owners-offered inspired, locally sourced dishes like smoked sashimi, Campanella, mushroom risotto, and ahi belly, along with creative cocktails, accommodating my vegetarian needs without compromising flavor, making the long travel worthwhile and leaving me eager to return and share this amazing culinary experience with friends.
