Omg it's the best!! I dont live on the Island anymore so im always trying to cook the items on there menu or dream about the food from Cathay.Cathay's makes people want to drive out to the small city of waianae for there good chinese cuisine.When i visit back home its one of my #1 spot to eat at O so yummy and if u didnt try this place yet than your missing out on some good food.

food is ono we love everything we eat there, on cold days here in texas we surely miss the scallop soup and of course the duck and the egg foo yung no can beat omg too much to praise getting hungry they should put some recipes on the web so we can eat some real chinese food here in texas
