This local spot serves up some of the best fried chicken around, with crispy skin and juicy meat that remind me of the old "Jan's" style everyone loves. The BBQ mix plates and bentos are generously portioned, flavorful, and priced just right for families or anyone craving classic Hawaiian plate lunch grinds. Though it's takeout only with limited seating outside, the quick, friendly service and authentic home-style cooking keep me coming back again and again.
