My wife and I were on a foodie search in Kalihi and she suggested Dillingham Cafe. We were the only customers but I thought it was a bit early for the lunch crowd (10:15). I ordered the teri beef and the pork adobo fried rice. My wife the garlic chicken. In addition to the entree we could have either the mac salad or veggie salad. Both were delicious so I was excited about our entree. The pork adobo fried rice was terrible: reheated (?) pork and mostly fat and hardly any taste; teri beef was just as bad with a thick and very sweet teri sauce (beef was not marinated); garlic chicken was very good though. I guess I had expected a pork adobo fried rice like Elena's in Waipahu.
