in the heart of cattle country one would expect great steaks and that is exactly what is offered. along with lettuces herbs and asstd. other veggies grown in their culinary garden just outside the windows. consistent high quality food is had here. unfortunately they have been having problems with their liquor license , but bing your own wine or beer ( big deal) we found that this place is special on the big island for their lack of " full of themselves" attitude that thibaults or merrimans are so famous for while out doing them on almost all levels. we highly recommend waimea ranch house .
