Boogie Woogie Pizza is owned and operated by an Armenian family raised in Hawaii. Because of our heritage, cooking and baking is second nature. Our dough and sauce is made fresh daily & we bake our pizzas in stone ovens. Seating is diverse -- sidewalk seating, watching the world go by, indoor seating, or can have your meal in our courtyard. You may even be lucky and have a local artist or two share their talents.

Love the pizza here! It's my go-to for an affordable meal. The crust is crispy and the toppings are excellent. Love that they're small kine family owned. I have no idea where the people who compare them to dominoes or any other chains are coming from. Because these guys rock it! Such great pizza! Thank you boogie Woogie for making Pahoa a better place!

AMAZING!!!

I live on the mainland (Tucson AZ) and there Dominoes is my go-to pizza place. I have to say though, that Boogie Woogie beats the snot out of Dominoes! The salad difference is especially notable. Dominoes' sad excuse for a salad consists of almost all lettuce and barely anything else, while Boogie Woogie offers a rich variety of vegetables even including Mexican pickles! Just another reason Boogie Woogie is the best!

I don't know which Boogie Woogie Pizza restaurant some of these reviewers were talking about, but they surely couldn't have been referring to the one in Pahoa! The pizza at Boogie Woogie's is great!!! The dough and sauce are made from old family recipes. The place has a quaint Hawaiian flair and lots of neat artifacts to ponder while you're waiting for your fresh hot cheesy pizza to come out of the stone oven. You can eat inside, outside or take your pizza home. The restaurant is family owned and everyone has much 'Aloha'!!! My granddaughter loves me to take her there for cheese pizza. Ophelia, the owner, tells me that they will soon have a beautiful indoor/outdoor garden eating area for a uniquely 'island' dining experience.
