Monster Pizza is awful. 3 hours of waiting, no call or anything. When I called, they said the driver had gotten lost (they have delivered to use on multiple occasions before). They did, however, charge my credit card--they say they will refund it!
The funny thing is, we have been good customers, I thought. I always tip between 5-10 dollars on a $30 order, and order 3 times a month.
Today, I didn't have time to cook (we leave on vacation tomorrow). I ordered pizza for my 3 kids at 5:15. When I called at 8:00, they let me know the driver was lost, with no further explanation. Not only were the kids disappointed and hungry, I ended up worse off for calling! I could have gone to the grovery store and prepared a good dinner in the time it took to find out they were 3+ hours behind. I cancelled and will never order again.
The pizza is OK, but not worth this much trouble! I won't be ordering again. For pizza in Bluffton I recommend Guiseppi's and Bada Bing's. The pizza is just as good, and they actually show up!
