The Thai curry with rice at Bangkok City restaurant was a solid choice, with just the right amount of spice and perfectly cooked rice. The Gang Jued bean thread noodle soup was flavorful and had a great balance of spices to start the meal. While the alcohol selection could be improved, the service was prompt and the ambiance, though reminiscent of a red-light district, added to the experience.

Food- meat is overcooked, vegetables are undercooked, bland
Service- Short staffed
Value- Shouldn't rice come with your entree? Why am I paying extra? Appetizers way overpriced.
Atmosphere- Thai ambiance. Wobbly tables.

Our group collectively felt we paid for being treated unprofessionally at this place. The owner just doesn't know how to treat the customers. Food quality is much better in other thai places just around here than Bangkok City. Ambiance is ok. I would never go this restaurant again given a choice!

DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT! I called for delivery and the man refused to deliver to my address in Hoboken. They could not understand english and i had to speak to 3 different people. They said my address was too far and I live 5 blocks from the restaurant!!!! Idiots.

Really good food, been going here for years. Cheaper than the other places around.
