I absolutely adore Rita's! Their gelatis are my favorite treat. However, the custard toppings can sometimes be inconsistent depending on who's serving. I wish they would maintain uniform swirls on every serving. The creamy and rich custard always leaves me wanting more, especially in flavors like passionfruit guava and strawberry margarita.
