Over the past year, countless visits have shown me that the flavorful Tonkotsu ramen here-with its rich, perfectly seasoned broth and tender chashu-is truly unmatched in Houston. John's warm hospitality combined with the casual, soothing atmosphere creates an inviting experience every time, whether stopping by for a quick lunch or a relaxed evening meal. Each dish, from the gyudon to the chicken karaage, arrives hot and satisfying, making this intimate restaurant a comforting retreat with consistently excellent food and attentive service.
