I visited a Cajun restaurant that had a New Orleans influence with a hint of Tex-Mex in the menu. The Cajun fries I ordered were loaded with ketchup, mayo, cilantro, onion, and sausage, creating a perfect blend of flavors. The service was decent, the atmosphere was quiet, and I rated the experience a 4.7 out of 5 - wishing I had tried the beignets, but excited to return for more crawfish and other menu items.
