Experiencing the sushi at Kubo was one of the highlights of my culinary adventures, and I was heartbroken to discover it was closing down during my visit. The quality of the food was exceptional, and the owner went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed, even personally delivering forgotten items. I will always cherish the memories created there, from the delicious rolls to the warm customer service, and I truly hope for a chance to enjoy their food again in the future.
