I have been a loyal customer at this store for almost a decade and have generally enjoyed my shopping experiences there. However, I have noticed a noticeable decline in the overall quality of service in recent years, leading me to start avoiding the store. One positive change I have observed is the increased presence of ethically-minded brands on their shelves, which I appreciate. It's important for them to continue this trend.
