During my training in Texas, I found myself drawn to a cozy Vietnamese restaurant, eager to escape the cold with a steaming bowl of pho. The filet mignon beef, paired with crispy fried egg rolls, melted in my mouth, while the unexpected lemon limeade added a refreshing twist. Despite a busy atmosphere, the friendly service and consistent flavors left me feeling content and eager to return for more of their delicious offerings.

During my first visit to Texas, I decided to stop by a local Vietnamese restaurant for a warm bowl of pho on a cold day.
