The flavors of the food were exceptional, with the quesadillas standing out as a particularly satisfying choice that offered great value for the price. The pastor meat was a true highlight, impressing with its lack of any unwanted fatty or chewy bits that can often detract from the enjoyment of a dish. Despite the service falling a bit short, the overall experience was fantastic, making this taco truck a top contender for my future dining outings.
